Okay, if you were going to prosecute someone, surely it would make sense to have at least some evidence with you? Or is that thinking to logically?

The CPS are still working on such cases as:

Do bears sh1t in the woods?

Is the Pope a Catholic?

And

Is Gordon Brown a [LIFTED]?

It's normally where they've either brought forward a prosecution just to be complete barstewards, or where their evidence is inadmissible or their case would get laughed out of Court.

Eugh, that pisses me off!! Why would they even bother? What in the world possesses them to even think they can win? I mean, take some evidence being inadmissible, these guys are paid to do this job, really, you'd have thought they would have prepared and made sure they could us it?!

The IWF Nazis should go F themselves with a chainsaw. Censorship is evil. The guy lost his job because of their persecution, and it probably cost millions in lawyer feed.

For what?

Lol having seen the quality of some Police Officers and other Enforcement Officers of the Crown, no, I can't say I find it surprising.

The other issue is that he has lost his job over this

Will the CPS compensate him
Will he be able to get it back – I bet not

The guy has probably had his life ruined due to some political prosecution

Is it much different to people writing crime/horror novels, or to those who read them?

What's wrong with wanting Girls Aloud dead (there is a interesting philosophical question about whether you can kill something artificial) the sick bit is considering anything sexual with such a shallow bunch of talentless, vapid, plastic monstrosities.
