At least it’s not a central database, which would allow someone to join the dots with ease. By the time they have road pricing (which would require a GPS in your car), they will not only be able to tell where you are, but what you are doing and, by extrapolation, thinking.

At that point, if you drop off the radar (which you are on), you’ll be deemed even more suspicious.
