I read the blog post yesterday. Interesting, if true. I am dubious about kids going into this kind of thing anyway. I hope his parents have a bloody good lawyer who has scrutinised any contract signed. I have it saved as a pdf and am tempted to post a few excerpts from it....but perhaps I'd better not. Very interesting indeed. BGT and X Factor have always seemed a little dubious anyway but if the statements in the blog are true then it is much more 'corrupt' and fixed than I'd thought. No wonder Cowell has had the thing removed because even if it's not true the content is very damaging to the Simco money machine.

When I heard about this on the radio, I automatically assumed it must be true as otherwise, why would he sue? Why on earth is he bothering, unless it's true and he's trying to cover it up?

Probably because the fans pay via calls and texts to decide the winner, which if already decided externally would be fraudulent. hence police involvement.
