Isn't a asteroid meant to hit before then and kill us all? And isn't the sun meant to explode before then?

This is, of course, assuming the Swine Flu doesn't infect an Egyptian child with the Bird Flu, thereby creating a super-zombie virus that leads to some sort of 28 Days Later scenario, but with more emphasis on Lemsip.
