They keep saying that all of the Pop Idol clones get more voters than they get in politics, but that is because people can vote from the comfort of their own backsides - people are lazy, plus our poling station was in a particularly dodgy part of town!

Yes my ballot paper was folded such that the last 2 parties were not immediately obvious - 13 to choose from - although I did not pick the 1st on the list.

UKIP have a point. I fell for this folded paper problem. I didn't see them on there when I voted.

I don't mean that to sound cheeky, but if your intention was to vote UKIP, surely you'd have looked, maybe noting the alphabetic nature of the list?
