Yes its a Celtic Region as is Brittany ;)

Britanny is recognized as a minority community, with a registered language, different taxes and different schools ;)

Racism is about denying opportunity to people because of race, not over exagerating stereo types of nationalities. Oversensitive people we keep panering to because we are all so afraid of upseting someone, oh boo hoo.
Is this racist (NSFW):

NO, it's just funny. I'm not depriving anyone of opportutnity, franchise or equal use of public facillities or segregating them from society:
THAT was racism. Pre 1965 america was massively openly racist and 1965-1990s america was institutionally racist. the sme with the UK before 1990s. The BNP they're racist.
Most who would call themselves "liberals" seem to be liberal with onething only free speech.

I think “race” implies more differences than Homo Sapiens actually has. Minor differences in skin colour or appearance of various features doe not constitute anything more than surface appearances. You might as well differentiate on eye colour.

Nazi types like to use the term “sub-human” as if to imply that there is a kind of Homo Inferius - and if there were, discriminating against people from that could well be classed as racist as there would be a distinct difference in genotypes. It may be possible to cross breed between races, as technically the species is the same, but there is enough biological differentiation to make for a different classification. I do not believe that mankind has such diversification.

I think that too many people take things too seriously. Can you imagine what life would be like without jokes against a person's background or preferences for the fear of offence, quite boring I guess (maybe that's just me). I also think that there is a big difference between humour and discrimination, which should be identifed easily, well before the nanny brigade get involved. Now as I've been on the receiving end of both, many, many times feel I can comment here. I can take a joke, but take offence at discrimination, and can esaily tell the difference between the two.

Well in my opinion that shows a higher level of emotional inteligence than the PC crowd.

Ireland
England (really at a push)

When its the six nations its England and Italy all the way (except when they are playing against each other of course  ).
When its football then as a true English supporter I want England to win but I know we are only a quarter final side at best.

Bring on the abuse I say. It's not like I don't dish out enough aimed at the rest of you over the summer. Taking the piss out of people from over the Tamar is endemic here! I've been doing it since I was a kid. It's all fun. (Except for when I comes to the North. I can stand Northern Monkeys with their stupid accents ;) )

I've only just seen this! I think I disagree with the second bit. All northern hemisphere teams seem to peak and dip. Go back a few years and I think the picture was quite different. And it was different again before that...
