The "you wouldn't put a dog through that" argument always wins with me.
Same here. We’ve asked a vet to put many a cat out of its misery. You can’t let an animal suffer, intact there are laws against it. However, with people, we cling to the notion of life being sacrosanct to the point where we use machines to prolong it far beyond any natural survival.
