I can see it now. Instead of a broadband connection, you text, say, BBC news and they send you a recent cache of the entire website :)

I did smile at work when I read this....I'm on ADSL on the customer's site so it's pretty poor at the best of times. At least the ISP is decent (Eclipse) so there's few outages....
