There's another version about which shows Atlantis in formation with Hubble. Clicky. Amazing shots. Apparently, the photographer has less than a second to capture the transit across the sun. |

This is interesting - I know someone who does astronomy, and to get clear pictures you have to sometimes take many, many frames and run them through “stacking” software. This removes the noise and you get a clear picture. Good to see that a Canon camera was used, BTW. |
