Been looking around for a good deal on an 8mm f3.5 Circular Fisheye Sigma lens to slap on my Canon. Mostly needed for panorama photography (thus cutting the current shot count from 16+ to 4 or 5). The lens usually retails from between £700 - £800 (unless you know better). I thought I’d give Jessops a go - and there the lens is - £79.00! I phoned them up. I know that TVs have gone for silly money on Amazon in the past, and then sales cancelled or buyers asked for the rest afterwards. So I phone Jessops up, only to be told that the items has been discontinued. A shame - if they had said it was available at that price, I could have driven to a store that stocked it to pick it up, and still saved myself some cash. Oh, well. Back to my searching.
