Wow, I like this very much! I've fancied having a go on a Lensbaby for quite some time now but the cost puts me off a little e.g. £250 for a Composer Pro Double Glass. I wonder how much the Edge 80 will be when it comes to the UK?
I had an original lensbaby for a while, I think I shot one roll with it and got so frustrated by the thing I sold it on. However, the new designs are pretty tasty.
I've been keeping an eye out for prices once it gets listed on sites and now I've seen them I'm thinking it's a no from me (although I do REALLY want one). The Edge 80 is around £300 on top of a Composer/Composer Pro.
Although it's not an extortionate amount of money my worry is the approx £500 spent on this might be better spent elsewhere e.g. a Sigma 10-20, a Pentax prime, a decent printer to replace my ageing HP, studio flash, an iPad......
