Ordered a photobook through Apeture on Sunday.

It is a birthday present for my girlfriend. She spent so much time working on the garden this year, and I made over a thousand photos, I decided that I'd select some of the best and make an album for her.

I hope it is as good in the flesh as it looks in Apeture...

Edit: Just exported it as a PDF, 180MB!

I had a book done a while back. Mine turned out well. I think you'll be pleased.

I've heard a couple of pros who say Aperture's print service is often better than the big boys like Blurb and Lulu. Doing it all through the application makes it really easy, too.

I can't speak for Lulu, but if that statement is true of Aperture and Blurb, all I can say is that the results should be excellent, because I've had 3 book done by Blurb, and all three are excellent quality.

I didn't mean to imply Blurb and Lulu books aren't as good as Aperture books. I've seen Mark's books, and they're superb. I've had a book published through Lulu, which was great - though not photographic. :)
