I was looking at Tripods this week. I was in the Saturn in Hamburg on Thursday and nearly bought a Cullan Primax 150 for 29.99€, then saw it cost 22.95€ on Amazon, so I waited.
I then did a proper search of Amazon and was going for 180, then the Alpha 2500 popped up. That was 22.95, reduced from 72€. I snapped that up and it is very nice. I had a quick play in the office (in the cellar, not much light) and with 400ISO, 250mm zoom and iris fully closed, I got a shutter speed of over 20 seconds! The image looks great on the phone, but I haven't loaded it onto the computer yet.
If anybody is looking for a tripod, I'd certainly recommend having a look at this one, if amazon.co.uk is offering it at a similar discount.
