To my eye the Panasonic seems to have captured a bit more detail than the Canon, but there's not a lot in it. |

I'd have a look at www.dpreview.com as the shots are more scientific (in that they do shots of the same scenes) |

There's really not much in it. There's slight differences in colour reproduction but it doesn't help that the shots aren't the same under the same lighting conditions. If you're looking for a much more comprehensive comparison then there's likely one up at DPReview. Mark EDIT - Ah, beaten to it by Finlay. I was obviously looking at the images too long. (8+) |

I found their scientific approach much more helpful when choosing cameras, especially comparisons of colours and ISO noise |
