Saw this advertised in Mojo and checked out the webby;

I like the idea of this.Just wondering if anyone has actually seen or used one.

It's just a media box that rips CD's.
It's had good reviews from what I've seen.

Thing that puts me off this thing (and the Sony Gigajuke for that matter) is that you can't transfer from a NTFS-formatted hard drive, only FAT32.

For that price you can get a netbook with the same storage capacity and you can pick up a remote for WMP or Winamp - I know it doesn't have a built-in amplifier, but you do get extra flexbility.

It always gets good reviews, and although I've not got one, I'd be tempted. You can add all your MP3s from iTunes to it etc.

The buy that runs the company/invented it, is a very bright chap.

Although I guess you could just buy a large iPod, with a good line out cable/dock and have that on your Hi-Fi instead!
